Members Tee Booking

Before you can make a booking you must first register your details on the system and have your account activated by the Secretaries office.
To learn how to do this please obtain a Members Information Sheet from the Pro Shop or the clubhouse. This will tell you what to do and how to use the system

Members are advised that with effect from 1 January 2011 all full playing members (gents and ladies) can book tee times 7 days ahead and 8 on Sundays.
Members not playing in competitions can book times during competitions provided they abide by the competition format (e.g. 3 ball) and recognise that competitors in the competition have priority on the course.

Club competition booking

Bookings for competitions can be made using this system. Please note the following:

  • Each competition will be separately set up by the Secretary with rules (eg 3-ball) specific to the competition.
  • On-line tee times for competitions will normally close by 2:30pm. To enter the competition after that time please contact the Pro Shop.
(Note, the reason for this rule is to allow different formats to be played after the 2:30 'water-shed'. It does not necessarily imply that the competition is closed from 2:30)
  • The availability of on-line tee times will normally close several hours before the start of the time. After that time entry (or changes) to the competition can only be made through the Pro Shop.
  • Members not entering the competition may book tee times during the period of the competition provided they conform to the format of the competition (e.g. 3 ball).

Hints and tips

Text too small?
Some members may find the text in the booking system is too small to read properly. An easy way to solve this is by pressing 'Ctrl' and '+' to increase the size of the text. Try it now!
Similarly, to reduce the size press 'Ctrl' and '-'.
Note that some browsers may behave differently. For further advice go to this site:
